The Bluedog BWS-100v2 is an industrial scrap wire stripping machine designed to strip scrap copper cable up to 4” in diameter or 100 mm equivalent.  It is specifically designed for heavy-duty large volume industrial scrap wire stripping and cable recycling applications.

This an ideal machine for scrap yards, electrical contractors and demolition contractors, auto wreckers, wire, and cable processors because it incorporates a self-adjusting multi-feed system as well as 2 dedicated feed ports for stripping large cable up to 4 inches on both sides of the wire. This makes insulation removal super easy.

The BWS-100v2 industrial scrap cable stripper features, Forward / Reverse, onboard multi-feed system, heavy-duty design with a total weight of 1200 lbs.  No other wire stripper has this many features and is capable of stripping such a wide diameter range of wire on the market! 

The BWS-100v2 also features a multi-feed automatic spring tension system that will save you time and money when stripping different size wire gauges.  Your operator just has to put the scrap copper wire into the right sized feed hole and you will have bare bright copper no time.

Rock solid cable stripping machine

We purchase the BWS-100v2 through Joe @ Bluedog and we were very happy with the service. The machine processed over 250,000 lbs various scrap cable ranging from 1/2" up to 4 Inch and the machine ran like a charm. If you need to stip large volumes of wire, get this machine.
