Step 1 – The case cracking stage.  The BMC-10 can wreck the aluminum or cast iron motor housing and remove the anchor/rotor points on scrap electric motors.

Step 2- The second stage of the BMC-10 is the stator cutter which is also capable of cutting transformer blocks into 2 equal parts.  Once the stator is cut in half, it is very easy to extract the copper windings from the Scrap electric motors or transformers.  The BMC-10 can also be considered for processing old transformers.

Step 3.   The third stage of BMC-10 Scrap Motor Recycling Machine is separating the iron and copper of the stator by means of a sophisticated hydraulic operation with grip claws.

Step 4.  The fourth stage, which is unique to the BMC-10 Motor recycling machine is the secondary grip arm thus allowing for the easy removal of residual copper windings remaining on the stator.  This feature ensures no copper is left unclaimed.
